1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of TalkEditPro (the “Service”), operated by Alexandre Labs LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

TalkEditPro is a browser-based audiobook production tool for recording, editing, mastering, and exporting audiobooks. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis and is under active development.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payments and pricing

Audiobook production is billed per finished book based on length, across the rate bands published on the pricing page. A founding-member purchase is a one-time deposit, credited in full toward your first title, and it entitles you to 50% off every rate band for 12 months from the date of purchase, on up to 4 titles, as described at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. Email hello@talkeditpro.com and we will refund you. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the manuscripts, recordings, and audiobooks you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your work.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading content you do not have the rights to, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexandre Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
